Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup plant based milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract if desired
  • 1 teaspoon of honey for extra sweetness if needed


Instructions:

  • Combine the banana and matcha powder in a blender.
  • Add the plant based milk together with the optional ingredients
  • Blend everything together until smooth
  • Enjoy!
